You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hixonrumph@movereadyco.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• We may correct pricing or inventory errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Product images are representative; actual colors and packaging may vary.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total order amount, including any add-ons such as Summer Storage.

Packages are delivered to your dorm on or around your selected move-in date. You must provide accurate dorm/room information. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur a re-delivery fee.

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before items have been picked, packed, or shipped.
• Once an order has shipped or been delivered, refunds are handled case-by-case based on item condition.
• Damaged or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Summer Storage fees are refundable up to 7 days before scheduled pickup.

If purchased, MoveReady will pick up your covered items at move-out, store them over the summer at our facility, and redeliver them at fall move-in. You are responsible for preparing items per our packing guidelines. We are not liable for damage caused by improper preparation or for items not declared at pickup.

MoveReady is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands featured in our packages, or with the University of Tampa. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with other users, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

All site content (text, design, logos, photography) is owned by MoveReady or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveReady’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify MoveReady from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
