- How does MoveReady work?
- You choose your package online and pay at checkout. On move-in day, you give us access to your room and we handle everything — shopping, delivery, and setup. By the time you're done with orientation, your room is fully set up.
- When do you set up the room?
- We set up on official UTampa move-in day. You'll receive timing details by email after you order.
- What's included in each package?
- Bedding, bathroom, storage, décor and (in Complete and Premium) appliances. See the Packages page for full item lists.
- Do I need to be there?
- No. Once you give us access, you can head to orientation and walk back into a fully staged room.
- How is the Premium package different?
- Premium swaps the basic bedding for upgraded Pottery Barn Teen / West Elm bedding. You'll select Boys or Girls bedding at checkout — it's required before completing the order.
- Is there a delivery fee?
- No. The package price covers shopping, delivery, and full setup. There are no extra delivery fees.
- What is your refund policy?
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before move-in day. No refunds after that point as items will have already been purchased.
